What You Will Be Doing

As a Computational Biologist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with ML researchers and Biological Scientists to work on bio foundation models and their applications in drug development. Your main responsibility will involve creating new applications and developing prototypes with customers. Being a member of the founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the platform and building the enterprise business.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Master's degree (PhD preferred) or significant experience in computational biology.

  • Proficiency in data quality control, experimental design, and statistical analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of computational biology tools and methodologies.

  • Effective communication of scientific concepts.

  • Proficiency in Python or R programming.

  • Familiarity with data processing pipelines and cloud environments.

  • Demonstrated career growth and a strong desire for continuous learning.

  • A genuine passion for AI and Biology.

Desirable

  • Previous industry experience or involvement in Open-Source projects.

  • Familiarity with the Transformer architecture, Structured State-Space Models, or Bayesian Optimization.

  • Experience in Evolutionary Algorithms or Open-Endedness.

  • Exposure to therapeutic or diagnostic development programs.

  • Proficiency in Python and ML models in computational biology.
