The role of Machine Learning Scientist involves spearheading the development of technologies for multi-modal medical data analysis and 3D Generative AI. As a key team member, the candidate will develop efficient workflows for generating synthetic patient populations, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in medical technology.
Responsibilities
Develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms for medical image analysis, 3D generative AI, and multi-modal data integration.
Create end-to-end workflows for generating synthetic patient populations.
Meet research and development goals in 3D generative AI, aligned with product milestones.
Contribute to core software library development and collaborate on quality management processes in compliance with ISO standards.
Document processes effectively and consult with other technical teams on in silico trial requirements.
Communicate complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
Requirements
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with expertise in developing algorithms for medical image segmentation, generative models, and 3D parametric representation of anatomical structures.
Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries and scientific software.
Demonstrated innovation in the field, supported by high-impact publications or conference contributions.
Proficiency in best practices for software development, such as version control with Git.
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Desirable Experience:
Leadership in AI research for medical imaging in academic or industrial settings.
Expertise in geometric deep learning and Bayesian approaches.
Familiarity with industry workflows for medical device image analysis and computational modeling.
