Machine Learning Engineers within the company work on challenging problems, directly contributing to the value delivered by its AI-driven end-user products. The AI team includes 15 researchers and engineers who manage all stages of machine learning lifecycles across various projects, from scoping and defining data annotation tasks to modeling, validation, and deployment. Team members have the autonomy to shape their projects while benefiting from constructive feedback and collaboration with peers to enhance collective success. The team stays abreast of the latest research, regularly discussing concepts from recent papers to evaluate their applicability to ongoing tasks and product challenges.

The company is seeking an ambitious, high-performing junior to senior engineer or researcher with proven experience in real-world machine learning projects to join the team. While experience with computer vision is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Train state-of-the-art machine learning models

  • Develop efficient inference pipelines for cloud and edge platforms

  • Define and oversee data annotation tasks

  • Enhance evaluation methods to improve understanding of model performance and limitations

  • Contribute to long-term planning and task prioritization

Qualifications

  • MSc or PhD in a relevant field

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale, real-world machine learning projects

  • Strong coding skills

  • Proficiency in both independent tasks and team collaboration

  • Attention to detail and critical evaluation skills
