Role Overview
The Manual QA Engineer will play a key role in the product team, ensuring the quality of web-based products throughout the development lifecycle. The focus will be on manual testing, including regression and exploratory testing in production environments, ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough manual testing of web-based products, verifying functionality, performance, and usability.
Participate in the development lifecycle and provide feedback to improve product quality.
Execute regression and exploratory tests, documenting and addressing defects.
Collaborate closely with the product team and developers to resolve issues and enhance features.
Use tools like Postman and GitHub for API testing and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of testing processes, findings, and results.
Communicate testing progress and challenges to the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in manual QA, particularly with web-based products.
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks; experience with tools like Rainforest QA is a plus.
Proficiency in using Postman and GitHub.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
